Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to help team members and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
