Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of health conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and be proficient in electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner. A commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for community health are essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to establish diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide ongoing management of chronic conditions, including pain management.
- Perform routine physical examinations and preventative health screenings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.
- Engage in data collection for quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Provide care in various settings, including hospital visits, home care, and outpatient clinics.
- Stay current with advancements in family medicine practices and medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred.
- Knowledge of pain management techniques and pediatric care is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $185,438.57-$420,395.85 per year
