Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The Family Medicine Physician will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations of patients across all age groups.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide acute care for various medical conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
- Manage chronic diseases and promote preventive health measures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems.
- Engage in research activities to contribute to the advancement of family medicine practices.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health education and wellness initiatives.
- Provide home care services as needed for patients with mobility or transportation challenges.
Experience
- Board certification in Family Medicine is required.
- Experience with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic and Cerner, is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatrics, pain management, acute care, and hospital settings is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a medical office or home care environment is a plus.
- A strong background in patient care with excellent communication skills is essential.

Pay: $185,438.57-$420,395.85 per year
