Job Title: Equine Barn Caretaker/Janitor
Location: Lakota Agriplex
Position: Part-Time / Flexible Hours
Pay: $17.40/hr (Minimum Wage)

Lakota Agriplex is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Equine Barn Caretaker/Janitor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep and clean barn areas, washrooms, office, kitchen, and arena sitting areas.
- Answer phone calls, handle payments for facility use, and interact with barn clientele.
- Operate a skid steer and tractor (experience is a plus but not required).
- Comfortable operating a tractor and grooming the arena, or willing to learn.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a horse stable environment. Horse experience is not required, but preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable around horses.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Experience operating a skid steer and tractor is an asset, but willingness to learn is also valued.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
