Pro Spray is looking for an Experienced Painter to grow with us. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in all facets regarding interior paint. The exterior season in winding down, this will be an overlap role where the right person will be working with us on exterior work before we commence the interior projects.
The Day to Day Role Includes:
- Painting of Residential Homes
- Understanding of the Painting Process
- Surface Prep, Tool and Equipment Maintenance
- Painting of Doors, Ceiling, Trim, Doors, Etc
- Know the differences in Paint
- Quality cutting and rolling
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Fast & Efficient, but will maintain Quality
- Not afraid of heights / Must be fit and able to lift heavy ladders
- Understand the importance of service and customer care
- Caulking
- Be punctual, diligent and strong attention to detail
- Takes Pride in Your Work
- Must have a valid driver's license or ability to get to job site
- Flexible with hours
- HVLP / Airless sprayer experience an asset
