We’re looking for someone very special to join our team, someone who doesn’t just make bowls, but makes people feel seen, welcomed, and happy. Someone who shows up with energy, care, and kindness every single shift. Someone who genuinely believes that how we treat people matters.
We’re seeking a mature, dependable individual with 3+ years of experience in smoothie bars, wellness shops, or cafés who is ready to commit full-time and grow with us.
The ideal candidate:
- Brings a bubbly, warm personality and enjoys connecting with customers to provide exceptional service
- Is reliable, proactive, and treats team members and customers with respect and professionalism
- Welcomes feedback and is motivated to develop both personally and professionally
- Is interested in long-term stability and excited about the opportunity to grow into a leadership or store management role
