Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about bowling services and promotions.
- Monitor bowling lanes to ensure proper functioning of equipment and assist guests with any issues that arise.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the bowling area, including setting up lanes, managing reservations, and handling cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bowling area, including lanes, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist with food service duties as needed, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Engage with guests, especially children, to enhance their overall experience through friendly interactions and public speaking when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Experience working with children is a plus, as you will interact with families frequently.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Food service experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective public speaking and guest interaction.
Requirements:
- Applicant will need to be prepared to Be Certified in Responsible Alcohol Service
- Comfortable with cash handling and operating machinery
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
