About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Barista who not only excels in specialty coffee but is also confident in latte art and enjoys sharing their skills through our latte art workshops. If you love connecting with people over coffee, enjoy teaching, and thrive in a creative, fast-paced setting, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages with consistency and care.
- Create and present beautiful latte art as part of daily service and during workshops.
- Guide and assist in latte art workshops, guiding guests of all skill levels.
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service that reflects the spirit of Olivia’s Garden.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and workshop area.
- Stay knowledgeable about our coffee offerings and seasonal drink menu.
- Support teammates in a collaborative, respectful, and efficient environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a specialty coffee shop.
- Strong proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art (free pour and basic techniques).
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable leading small group workshops.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Flexible availability (weekends and evenings may be required).
- Passionate about both coffee and creating memorable guest experiences.
