We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work closely with our Broker/Owner in managing day-to-day operations, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Broker/Owner’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Act on behalf of the Broker/Owner when required, ensuring smooth decision-making and communication.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external events.
- Handle real estate-related tasks and documentation.
- Travel to both Brampton and Woodbridge offices as needed.
- Assist in communication, including drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Liaise with agents, clients, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Conduct research and provide relevant information to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a real estate brokerage.
- Previous experience assisting a Broker of Record is a strong asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple office locations.
