About the Role
As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with senior management, contributing to various facets of customer support, administrative tasks, and business operations. Your insights will have a direct impact on key aspects of our business, from website design to the appearance of technician uniforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exceptional office administration and reception.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage phone communications with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all documents are kept up to date.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and tracking payments.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing team calendars.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
