Serwa Excavating is seeking full time Heavy Equipment Operators for 2025. Our projects range from small residential to large heavy Civil work. Previous excavator operator experience is preferred, ability to operate other pieces of heavy equipment considered an asset. Competitive wages and benefits.
Job duties include:
- Lot excavations and grading
- Utility trenching and backfill
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
