Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for an Experienced Excavator Operator to grow our team. Summary
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team at Roubos Farm Service Ltd. This role is essential for executing various construction and landscape projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery and a passion for outdoor work.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery for landscape construction projects.
- Perform digging, grading, and site preparation tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
- Assist in horizontal drilling and other specialized tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Valid commercial driving license is an asset.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
