MLI ESL Teacher responsibilities are:

• Participate in planning meetings
• Prepare a lesson plan and submit to MLI
• Teach ESL class, for 10 days, from 9 am to 4 pm daily
• Plan local activity and lunch treat for once each week (Budget will be provided)
• Daily check-ins on students’ well-being

Requirements are:

• Canadian certified Teaching Degree OR ESL Teaching Certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.)
• Ability to adapt and modify the curriculum to suit the learning pace and ability of your students
• Teaching experience with international students would be highly preferred

Job Type: Contract - Fixed Term

Compensation: $2,400 including vacation pay, less required government employee deduction (on MLI Payroll)
