About the Role
We are looking for motivated and safety-conscious Entry-Level Tower Riggers to join our team in the wireless telecommunications industry. As a rigger, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of equipment on telecommunications towers, monopoles, rooftops, and related structures. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires working at heights in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and removal of antennas, radios, RRUs, cables, and other telecom equipment
Help assemble, hoist, and secure materials and tools using rigging techniques
Work on towers, monopoles, and rooftops while adhering to strict safety procedures
Support lead riggers and crew leads with site preparation and clean-up
Perform basic ground tasks such as staging equipment, pulling cables, and organizing tools
Follow company policies, safety standards, and client requirements at all times
Travel to various job sites, sometimes for extended periods
Requirements Comfortable working at heights (up to 300+ ft) and in challenging weather Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (G class or better preferred) Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends if required Ability to work in a team and take direction from experienced riggers and crew leads No prior experience required — training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 60 per week
