Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need an Email & Retention Marketer to own client relationships, develop email & customer retention strategies, and drive ongoing engagement and conversions — all while working alongside an amazing team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop tailored email/retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, campaign strategy, and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and automation tools.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (copywriters, designers, technicians).
- Track record of creating engaging content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with audiences.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client goals and tailoring retention strategies.
- Campaign Execution – Oversee end-to-end campaign creation: briefing creative, testing, scheduling, and launching campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization – Monitor key KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously A/B test and iterate.
- Segmentation & Strategy – Use customer data to create segmented, targeted campaigns for maximum engagement.
- Creative Direction – Guide email copy/design to ensure high-quality output that is both on-brand and performance-driven.
- Flow Management – Launch and optimize automated lifecycle flows that drive revenue and maintain engagement windows.
- Collaboration – Work closely with copywriters, designers, and technicians to bring campaigns to life on time and at a high standard.
ABOUT THE POSITION
This role sits on our Email & Retention team, where we focus on keeping customers engaged long after acquisition. You’ll act as the strategic lead for your accounts, bringing together cross-functional talent to build retention engines that drive client growth.
