Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with parents, guardians, and team members.
- Follow all policies and procedures, including health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of work.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills - must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Must have ECE Level 2
