Job Title: Ecommerce Growth & Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Growth & Operations Manager to oversee our online marketplace division. The ideal candidate is hands-on with operations, but also strategic — leveraging AI tools, data, and analytics to drive traffic, boost sales, and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day business while implementing growth strategies that position our ecommerce division as a key revenue driver.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across major online sales channels.
- Use AI-driven tools and automation to optimize product performance, pricing, and customer engagement.
- Track and analyze data in Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and overall revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and present insights with clear growth recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure inventory, fulfillment, and promotions are aligned with demand.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce and AI trends to keep the company competitive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
