Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to operate heavy equipment when necessary.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (DZ); experience in commercial driving is a plus.
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading freight.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
