Company Overview: Wegner Enterprises provides multiple services to the Thunder Bay and surrounding area. We own/operate Duct Cleaning Thunder Bay, Wegner's Water Wagon, Superior Vacuum repair company, and Property Maintenance services.
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated General Labourer to join our team at Wegner Enterprises. As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' duct work systems are thoroughly cleaning and maintained to the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize duct cleaning equipment to remove pollutants and allergens, ensuring optimal air quality in houses, condos, and commercial buildings.
- Delivery of potable water to fill wells, pools, cisterns, and other commercial uses.
- Grass cutting using a ride on mower/push mower, trimming, garbage pick up, parking lot sweeping
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any issues or recommendations to the supervisor
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the service
- Ability to step into a general labourer role to help the company as a whole
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and tasks effectively
- Physical ability to lift and move duct cleaning machine, trimmer, and other heavy objects
- Physical ability to kneel/stand multiple times, in order to reach the appropriate registers
- A Valid D/Z driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability and eagerness to be versatile in the job and take on tasks that are needed for the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
