Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality construction and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance person tasks, including drywall installation, caulking, and carpentry. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Assist in blueprint reading to understand project requirements and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for ongoing projects.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on best practices in construction techniques, including drywall installation and painting.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
