Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance, repairs needed, and maintenance schedules.
- Move equipment and freight as necessary to complete installations or repairs.
- Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed for transporting equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is essential.
- Experience in commercial driving may be beneficial for transporting equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is crucial.
- Familiarity with moving freight and operating forklifts is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for this position.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
