We are currently recruiting for Dozer/Loader/Operators to join our dynamic team!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Loader/Dozer Operator to join our soil pit operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and manage soil/materials in a safe and productive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wheel loaders and dozers to load trucks, move material, and maintain stockpiles.
- Perform pit maintenance, including grading, pushing, and leveling material.
- Follow safe operating procedures and comply with all company and regulatory safety policies.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Work closely with dispatch, tandem drivers, and other operators to ensure efficient material flow.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating loaders and/or dozers in a pit, quarry, or construction setting.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and a self starter
- Able to work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to site.
