Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our care. Duties
- Supervise and engage with dogs in playgroups to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting pet owners and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility by regularly cleaning play areas, kennels, and equipment.
- Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Assist with feeding, administering medications, and ensuring all dogs have access to fresh water.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed when moving supplies or handling larger dogs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to dog behavior and care.
- Writing report cards daily of how dogs visit went
- Taking phone calls for classes & signing students up for training
Requirements
- Previous experience working with dogs or in a daycare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when managing supplies or larger breeds.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and safety.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.80-$17.00 per hour
