Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dockhand/Groundskeeper to join our team. We are located near Red Lake and will fly you into our Lodge which is located roughly 20 minutes away. This role requires a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. This position will play a vital role in ensuring that all boats are ready for the day and our grounds are well-kept, safe, and inviting for all visitors.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Catching boats
- Re-fueling boats
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools for various gardening tasks to ensure high-quality results.
- Able to drive a boat
- Keep grounds free from debris and litter to maintain a clean environment.
- Assist in seasonal planting and landscape design projects as directed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledgeable with boats.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely; training will be provided if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Contract length: 4 months
