Duties

- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Support banquet and catering services by preparing food items as needed.
- Buss tables and assist with serving during busy meal periods.
- Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and storage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred.
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Experience in food preparation and handling, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is a plus.
- Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
