As a Food Preparation Worker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring food items as per recipes and menu requirements.
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes under the guidance of chefs or kitchen supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support banquet and catering services by preparing large quantities of food as needed.
- Handle food safely following all health regulations and guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock is low.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with serving food when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or related roles such as restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Culinary experience or formal training in hospitality can be beneficial but is not required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively.

Pay: $15.15-$23.85 per hour
