The candidate will:
- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and appropriately use chemical dilutions. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises.
- Assist in any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
