The King’s Arms in downtown Oakville is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This is a key back-of-house role that keeps our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
Schedule:
- Open availability required
- Shifts vary: 12:00pm – 5:00pm or 5:00pm – 12:00am
- 4–5 shifts per week
Compensation & Perks:
- $17.20/hour (current minimum wage)
- 1 free meal per shift
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen support areas
- Assist with garbage, recycling, and kitchen maintenance as required
- Follow all health & safety guidelines
- Support chefs and cooks with basic prep or kitchen tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility with shifts and availability (weekends & evenings required)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience an asset, but not required — training will be provided
