Calgary, Alberta

Hey Trailblazers, Ready to Drive Growth?

Thanks for stopping by! We’re on the hunt for a strategic-minded Digital Strategist/Account Manager who lives and breathes client success and sophisticated B2B marketing. If you’re the kind of person who can seamlessly translate marketing outcomes into data-driven campaigns, keep clients and their projects on course, and navigate complex B2B marketing ecosystems with ease—read on!

About Konstruct

We’re a B2B digital marketing agency focusing on industrial manufacturing companies. We are headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, serving clients all over North America. We don’t just execute tactics— we build GTR (Go-to-Revenue) strategies that move the needle and drive revenue. Our expertise spans:

  • Performance Branding
  • Demand Generation
  • Demand Capture
  • Sales Acceleration

We operate on a hybrid work model because collaboration breeds innovation. We value work-life balance and invest heavily in our culture and your growth as a marketer and leader. We’re competitive, innovative, detail-obsessed, and relentless about delivering results—for our clients and ourselves.

The Role: Digital Strategist/Account Manager

This role goes beyond just “keeping projects on track.” Yes, you’ll be the main point of contact. However, you’ll also be a strategic consultant, voice of reason, problem solver, performance auditor, account growth catalyst, and trusted partner for a portfolio of B2B clients, along with a team of internal specialists.

You’ll dig deep into each client’s business: understanding their offerings, goals, ICPs, buying groups, buying processes, and KPIs. You’ll oversee the creation and execution of their roadmap, and ensure every campaign ties back to desired outcomes. When clients start chasing vanity metrics or ideas that don’t align with their business priorities, you’ll be the one to gently — and confidently — course-correct them. When priorities change, you’ll be the one to signal a need for adaptation.

Location & Schedule

  • We’re based in Calgary: 5 days in-office during a 3-month probation, then 3 days in-office, 2 remote (optional).

Tools of the Trade

  • We use Asana for project management
  • Slack is our day-to-day communication
  • Google Suite powers the bulk of our collaborative work:
    • Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive
  • We use the following Google tools to facilitate our web analytics
    • Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio
  • Feeling comfortable with the following ad platforms and understanding how to assess performance within them is crucial:
    • Google / Bing
    • Meta / LinkedIn
    • Programmatic (StackAdapt is our current platform)
  • HubSpot is our CRM of choice; however, familiarity with others is a plus
  • You’ll leverage ZoomInfo for prospecting and account insights
  • Microsoft Clarity is our go-to for heatmapping
  • If you know how to get the best out of AI tools and LLMs, this will serve you well!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Advocacy, Expertise, & Strategic Consultation
    • Serve as the primary liaison, facilitating seamless communication, leading regular-cadence client meetings, and delivering concise, actionable updates. In the process, you’ll be expected to develop strong working relationships.
    • Uncover client business objectives and turn them into comprehensive marketing outcomes through the lens of our GTR framework. You’ll need to understand complex businesses and buying processes in a timely manner.
    • Work with a team of specialists—covering search, paid media, content, design, and development—to discover strategic insights and concoct potent strategies that hit the mark on budget and on time.
    • Anticipate challenges, identify growth opportunities, and proactively guide clients toward untapped potential.
    • Provide the last line of defence, skillfully QCing deliverables ahead of them meeting your client's eyes.
    • Fueled by boundless curiosity and business acumen, attain a level of client fluency and become the in-house foremost expert on all things client-related for your portfolio. Secondly, level up the rest of your team’s understanding of the client along the way.
    • Pitch in on internal team task management responsibilities. Ensure context is made available and known to teams in need.
    • Ensure your client’s statement of work is an accurate reflection of the services being provided.

  • Campaign Oversight & Execution Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams (SEO/GEO specialists, PPC managers, content creators) to execute on strategy—ensuring timelines, budgets , and KPIs stay on track in Asana.
    • Use data to drive decisions: analyze performance in Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and paid media platforms to assess tactics in real time.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
When campaigns encounter roadblocks—budget shifts, shifting client priorities, or unexpected market trends—you’ll rally the team around solutions.
    • Provide calm, professional counsel when clients propose ideas that don’t align with goals, using data and experience to steer conversations.
  • Business Growth & New Opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This includes estimating project costs, forecasting budget vs. spend, and ensuring all initiatives deliver an intended result.
  • Continuous Learning & Industry Leadership
    • Stay “up on” go-to-market best practices, B2B buying-group behaviours, and evolving digital tools. Strategically work in new approaches and processes to the way you work. Your ability to stay curious and employ a growth mindset will determine your ability to succeed.
