As a Digital Merchandiser, you’ll help bring Best Buy’s digital strategy to life by using customer insights, business priorities, and creative execution to build engaging experiences on BestBuy.ca. Whether you’re supporting major campaigns like Black Friday or refining the everyday path to purchase for top tech brands, your work will make a real impact.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in the Greater Vancouver, BC area. We practice a remote-first model, with in-person collaboration for strategic, creative, and social moments.
What you’ll do:
- Execute weekly operations, promotions, and seasonal campaigns on BestBuy.ca
- Champion the merchandising execution of major events, including homepage and event landing page strategy
- Optimize digital touchpoints for in-bound channels like email, search, and social
- Ensure quality assurance for all merchandising and promotional content
- Contribute to shaping the customer experience across BestBuy.ca, email, signage, and other campaign channels
- Review forecasts to align featured products with demand, vendor priorities, and inventory
- Use analytics to uncover opportunities, improve efficiency, and share insights to inform future strategy
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of eCommerce or Marketing experience
- 1+ years working with eCommerce content management platforms, web analytics and reporting tools for customer behavior (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- Prior experience working in a retail organization
- Detail orientated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A strong passion for building meaningful relationships
