We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Merchandising Assistant to join our Merchandising team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Manager – Digital Merchandising, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies on our website and optimizing the digital shelf to deliver customer-first online shopping experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with IT, Data Services, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure high-quality digital content across all platforms.

- Executing merchandising strategies and brand campaigns via the Content Management System (CMS).
- Optimizing landing pages for inbound marketing channels (email, search, social) and on-site media programs.
- Leveraging web analytics, A/B testing, and customer data to improve product findability and merchandising efficiency.
- Monitoring site performance (add-to-cart rate, conversion rate, basket size) and reducing bounce/exit rates.
- Conducting routine audits of site search, navigation, and high-traffic pages (homepage, category pages, PDPs, campaign pages).
- Working with IT to resolve technical issues impacting customer’s online shopping experience (e.g., digital flyer errors) and meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring accuracy of product descriptions, attributes, images, and information.
- Correcting misclassified items, refining filters, and optimizing product taxonomies.
- Researching internal/external sources to enhance product data quality.
- Conducting weekly competitor audits and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Providing feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results.
- Working with project teams to write and test new operating procedures for new audit and data quality management tasks.
You have:
- 1+ years of experience in online retail operations (eCommerce), product catalog, or other internet applications.
- A post-secondary education in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience with content management or product management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with third party delivery services (Instacart, Doordash, Uber, SkiptheDishes) is considered an asset.

$48,864.00 - $61,080.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
