We are a well-established plastic surgery clinic dedicated to helping patients feel confident and look their best. We offer surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures in a modern, patient-focused environment. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media, our website, and ads (e.g. procedure explanations, behind-the-scenes content, doctor interviews, etc.)
- Manage and regularly update the clinic’s website and landing pages (basic WordPress editing or coordination with developers)
- Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) with daily/weekly content
- Develop marketing strategies to drive patient inquiries and improve lead generation
- Track performance analytics and suggest improvements (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Assist with online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Work closely with the doctors and admin team to plan promotions and ensure all marketing reflects clinic branding and values
- Organize and maintain a content calendar for video shoots, promotions, and events
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry
- Strong video creation and editing skills (experience with tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Comfortable working with cameras and directing others on camera
- Familiar with social media trends and best practices
- Knowledge of SEO, website content, and digital advertising is a plus
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
