Summary
We are seeking a Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at King City X-Ray, Ultrasound & Vascular Lab. Located in King City, this role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the center to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.
- Oversee electronic medical records (Velox) management for accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with radiologists and other medical professionals for optimal service delivery.
- Implement budgeting strategies to maintain financial health of the center.
- Train staff on medical terminology and office procedures.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Diagnostic Imaging Centre of at least 1 year is essential.
- Strong supervisory skills with a background in managing teams.
- Familiarity with electronic medical system (Velox) is helpful.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is necessary for effective communication.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred.
- Previous human resources experience is an asset.
