Finishing Skid Steer Operator

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours Per Day: 10- 12 hours per day

Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Skid Steer Operator to join our Valued Clients team on residential housing projects within Calgary. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:
Operate a Bobcat-style 463/S70 skid steer with foot controls
Perform precise grading and loaming between residential homes with narrow clearances
Read and interpret grading plans accurately
Maintain grading precision to a tolerance of 2.5 cm (+/-)
Support landscaping activities as required
Qualifications:
Experience operating Bobcat-style 463/S70 or equivalent compact skid steer (36” width) with foot controls
Proven ability to perform work in tight spaces (clearance less than 6” on each side)
Must have reliable transportation to and from site
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years’ experience fine grading and loaming in residential settings
Landscaping experience
Ability to read and interpret grading plans with precision
Work Environment:
Outdoor residential construction environment
Requires high attention to detail and spatial awareness while operating compact equipment in tight spaces
