Position: Dental Office Manager / Receptionist

About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. This role requires a strong leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, recalls, and manage cancellations
- Handle insurance verifications, claims, and payments
- Manage phone lines and respond to inquiries
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of the schedule
Managerial Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic and staff coordination
- Mentor and support team members to maintain performance and morale
- Monitor and improve workflow and protocols
- Manage supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Support tracking of clinic performance and reporting to the owner(s)
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office experience is required
- Experience with ABLEDENT is preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
