Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up materials
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Tracker, etc.)
- Support patients with post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education
- Contribute to front-desk support as needed (scheduling, patient communication, billing)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinical and administrative operations
What We're Looking For
- Level II certification with HARP-approved X-ray training
- Previous experience in a general dental practice; exposure to orthodontics, oral surgery or pediatrics is an asset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to grow within the clinic
- Willingness to relocate and contribute to the practice and local community long-term
