Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Provide excellent patient care by ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns during visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas to adhere to safety protocols.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow effectively.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required; experience in Orthodontics or Pediatrics is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- IPAC and HARP certifications

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
