We’re a fast-growing Canadian startup helping real estate and insurance professionals grow their businesses through custom perks and referral tools. We attend trade shows, generate warm leads, and now we’re looking for someone to turn those leads into booked demos with our sales team.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, outgoing individual to join us as a Demo Booking Specialist. You’ll be responsible for calling leads (mostly realtors and insurance brokers), using a provided script, and scheduling 15-minute demos with our sales team.
This is a fully remote, independent contractor role—perfect for a student, recent grad, or young professional looking to gain experience in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Call warm leads using a provided script and call software
- Book qualified leads into our calendar for a 15-minute product demo
- Log call outcomes and notes
- Follow up with no-shows or interested leads who want a later call
- Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Based in Canada and fluent in English
- Great phone presence and comfort talking to people
- Self-starter with reliable internet and computer
- Organized and responsive
- Friendly, energetic, and motivated by results
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a bonus, but not required
⏱ Hours & Compensation:
- $20/hour (independent contractor – invoice monthly)
- Flexible schedule (daytime availability preferred)
- 15–20 hours/week depending on lead volume
