As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious G Class Driver to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary
The G Class Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of our products to various customer locations using a company vehicle that does not require a commercial license. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Safely operate a company vehicle (G class) in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
· Deliver goods and materials to assigned locations following scheduled routes
· Assist with loading/unloading of cargo when required, ensuring products are secure and handled safely
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle concerns
· Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
· Interact professionally with customers, providing friendly and efficient service
· Report accidents, injuries, or delivery issues to supervisors immediately
· Collaborate with dispatch/logistics to optimize delivery routes
· Perform basic vehicle upkeep tasks (fueling, cleaning, etc.)
Qualifications
· Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional driver
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Solid knowledge of traffic laws and road safety practices
· Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving heavy cargo
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven record of safe driving and reliability
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends if required
· Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an asset
