Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care during transit.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues encountered during transport.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns related to deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Experience
- Previous experience in driving or delivery services is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices while on the road and in the warehouse environment.
