Who We’re Looking For:
Impact Radio Accessories is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Dealer Territory Account Manager to nurture and grow our radio dealer territory.
Core Accountabilities:
Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealer accounts within the assigned territory, serving as the primary point of contact.
Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans for each dealer, aiming to exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Planning & Analysis: Analyze territory performance, market trends, and dealer potential to develop targeted strategies and action plans that optimize market share and profitability.
Training & Development: Provide training and support to dealer teams on products, sales techniques, and company protocols to ensure product knowledge and alignment with Impact goals.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor dealer performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and sales reporting, identifying and implementing best opportunities for improvement.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Be a problem-solver for dealer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that support dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitive activity, market dynamics, and potential growth opportunities to inform strategy adjustments and enhance competitive positioning.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as product, marketing, and logistics, to support dealer needs, streamline processes, and improve dealer experience.
What you offer:
- >3 years of territory account management experience, ideally in durable goods distribution.
- A proven track record of building high trust relationships with customers and stakeholders that lead to revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with channel sales and CRM systems.
- Someone who loves living in Kelowna/Interior and being part of an in-office team.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
