Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Territory Manager to oversee our Quebec and Eastern Canada region. This individual will be responsible for supporting and developing our dealer network, promoting Canarm AgSystems products, and growing our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key influencers in the region
- Provide technical and sales support for AgSystems products across all segments (Dairy, Swine, Poultry, Greenhouse)
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning and development
- Conduct product training, presentations, and on-site visits with dealers and end-users
- Attend industry trade shows and events to represent Canarm and support dealer participation
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to influence strategy and product development
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, activity reports, and territory plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales or territory management experience in the agricultural, livestock, or AgTech industry
- Strong understanding of livestock production systems and/or agricultural ventilation and automation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French & English) – required
- Willingness to travel extensively within Quebec and Eastern Canada
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred
