Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, promoting social interaction and development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate learning and creativity.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines, ensuring all food handling practices meet safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and daycare areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to daycare operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a daycare or childcare setting is required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices, meal preparation, and kitchen safety is essential.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff members.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
