Job Overview:
BigSteelBox is looking for detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerks to join our team for a short-term assignment focused primarily on data review. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately reviewing data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous data entry experience who are comfortable with learning new technology quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately review data in company databases and systems from various sources
- Verify data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data
- Perform data quality checks and validation
- Manage and organize files and documents
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data integrity
- Adhere to deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Fast typing skills with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and data entry software
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Experience with data migration is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
Training Provided:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Breaks (30 min Paid)
