Summary
We are seeking a passionate Dance Teacher to join our team at Ziegfeld School of Dance. In this role, you will inspire and educate students in different dance styles while promoting creativity and self-expression. This position is essential to our mission of nurturing talent and building confidence in young dancers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging dance lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive curriculum across different dance styles.
- Organize and participate in recitals or performances to showcase student achievements.
Requirements
- Proven experience teaching dance to children or young adults.
- Strong educational background in dance or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Ability to create lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Experience in early childhood education is a plus.
