About the Role
Are you super organized and love keeping things running smoothly—but want the flexibility of part-time work? We’re looking for a Customer Support to join our growing team in Kelowna. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes star, helping the team stay on top of client tasks, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.
This role supports our North American team and reports into our Head Office in Australia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Kelowna team and Head Office with admin, coordination, and task follow-ups
- Keep our systems updated (CRM, internal trackers, client records)
- Support client onboarding by preparing documents and checklists
- Jump in where needed—no task too small or big!

- Kelowna-based, available 2–3 days/week in-office
