The Scotsman Hotel (www.thescotsmanhotel.ca) is a luxury 6 suite country inn in a nearly 200-year-old heritage building located in the heart of the “Old Town” in Niagara on the Lake (NOTL). Providing its clientele with a bespoke experience, we require a motivated, energetic and professional individual to work with fellow customer service team members to provide The Scotsman’s clientele with a seamless exceptional experiential stay at The Scotsman.
In the position of Customer Service Team Member your responsibilities will include but not limited to serving breakfast, housekeeping, front desk functions and direct clientele interactions. You will be required to work various hours including weekends and some holidays.
You must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset. The hourly pay rate is $25.00 per hour with a performance review following the first three months of work. Successful candidates may qualify for the company’s benefit plan.
