FB Canada Express is seeking a highly proficient Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, they should demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Manage customer orders, logistics inquiries, and shipment tracking efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to document interactions, maintain customer records, and generate reports as required.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns or complaints, striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and suggestions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Educational Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field (preferred).
