We are looking for outgoing and friendly individuals to work as a Customer Service Representative / Cashier at one of our operations at the Skylon Tower, in Niagara Falls.
The job will consist of greeting guests, taking digital photos, print and sales. You do not need to be a professional photographer and will be trained.
This is a part/full time position in a fast paced environment in the heart of tourist destination. Needs excellent communication and a positive attitude is must.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with care.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist in merchandising efforts to enhance sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and sales responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail sales and cash handling
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with technology and product demonstrations
