At the start you will be working closely with the company owners to manage customer questions and requests. Helping coordinate field staff, tracking ongoing projects and reaching out to customers to make sure that things are scheduled in an efficient way.
You will also be exposed to and cross trained in other areas like payroll, finance, HR, sales, IT and systems development, which will allow you to also explore those areas as possible future positions.
